Dr Arran Rose
Clinical and Forensic Psychologist offering personalised mental health care for teens, adults and couples.
About
I am a registered Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and a supervisor in these areas of practice. I provide individual and couples therapy and am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I aim to work collaboratively with each client to develop a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship and to help them achieve meaningful and sustainable change.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of organisations and settings, supporting people experiencing a variety of mental health concerns and life stressors. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, autism, grief, relationship difficulties, and other challenges.
I understand that reaching out to a new psychologist can feel intimidating and taking the first step is not always easy. My aim is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable discussing what is bringing you to therapy.
